Elementary Food Hygiene

Course Outline

The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is a friendly, interactive course designed to give individuals a basic knowledge and understanding of the causes of food poisoning, measures for prevention and the legal aspects of food hygiene in Scotland.

It can be offered on an individual basis or you can join one of our group based courses. In order to assist learning we use videos and other interactive learning aids.in addition to group activities and discussions.

This course is required for all personnel who are engaged directly in the Food and Drinks Industry.

Certificate from the Royal Environmental Institute of Scotland - Assessment by multiple-choice test.

Delivery time: 6 Hours Training + ½ Hour for Assessment
